1000℃ Box Experimental Electric Furnace
The furnace is made of ceramic fiber. With small heat capacity and fast heating speed, it takes only 30 minutes to get to the set temperature. This furnace is easy and safe to operate, and the temperature controlling accuracy is ±1ºC. The heating element is high-temperature resistance wire which is shallow buried in the furnace wall to form heating board. It also adopts a new type of furnace lining material which helps to improve the heat efficiency.

Due to the intelligent digital display programmable temperature controlling instrument, it can realize full-automatic heating, preservation, cooling, and overheat protection by drawing multi-section temperature curve of heating, preservation, and cooling process. The program will automatically terminate at completion.

1400℃ Box Experimental Electric Furnace
Ceramic fiber is used as the furnace material, which provide good heat insulation property (housing temperature closed to room temperature), small heat capacity, and fast heating speed. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the set temperature. The heating element is silicon carbide rob which is durable in 1,400℃ environment. The temperature controlling accuracy is ±1ºC.

1600℃ Box Experimental Electric Furnace
We choose polycrystal mullite ceramic fiber as the furnace material. It sports good heat insulation and preservation property, small heat capacity, fast heating speed, short experiment cycle, and low energy consumption. Thanks to the intelligent digital display programmable temperature controlling instrument, it can realize full-automatic heating and preservation process by designing multi-section temperature curve of heating, preservation, and cooling. The heating element is high-quality silicon molybdenum rob which can endure long-term use in 1,600℃ environment. Its temperature controlling accuracy is also ±1ºC.
