The glass screen printing drying line can perform drying process after glass screen printing, glass coating, and glass spray painting. The production cycle is 30 to 40 days.

Our product adopts light wave radiation heating technology. The ink on the surface of Workpiece is dried from the inside, so all parts of the glass have the same dryness. This is one of the best drying methods. Compared to traditional models, it can save over 60% of power consumption. It is widely applicable not only on high- and low-temperature ink, but also on painting and coating.

The glass screen printing drying process is very important. It is directly related to the production efficiency of the whole line and the quality of the finished products. When adopting medium wave infrared radiator in screen printing section, the production speed of the line and the quality of the products can be dramatically improved, and operation cost and maintenance are saved in the mean time.

The infrared radiator heating module on the silk screen printing machine can be divided into several independent controllable sections. The radiator in each section can be turn on or off separately. The medium wave infrared radiator sports high efficiency and long service life over 20,000 hours.
